Crown Support - Jim Dagenhart

JIM DAGENHART joined Crown in May, 2001 as CFO. Jim was, formally, in the textile industry for 25 years with two distinctive industry leaders. With Asbury becoming a public company trading on the New York Stock Exchange in 2002, Jim has spent a considerable amount of his time aligning the accounting functions of the company with the various accounting policies affecting public companies. In addition, the monthly reporting requirements of the parent company require an additional amount of his time. Jim has enjoyed working with the dealership accounting departments establishing the required procedures as well as "learning" the automotive retail business. Jim has been active in community service and currently is serving as Chairman of the board for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro.
